Overview of application process
Any registered member of the Law Society with a UK address and bank account is eligible to apply. Applicants must be over 18 years of age, have an annual salary of at least £20,000 and a good credit history.
The application form should take no longer than ten minutes to complete. You will need to provide your employment details and bank account details.
