Matthew is chief executive of the RSA, who led the government-commissioned review on how employment practices must change to keep up with modern business models. Formerly, Matthew was Chief Adviser on political strategy to the prime minister and director of the Institute for Public Policy Research.
Sir David Metcalf
Sir David is the first director of Labour market enforcement to oversee a crackdown on exploitation in the workplace. He is also responsible for setting the priorities for the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate and the HMRC’s National Minimum Wage enforcement team.
Shantha is a Legal Officer for UNISON, who specialising in employment law. She was part of the leading legal team that successfully overturned employment tribunal fees in the Supreme Court.
