Senior relationship manager

The Top 100 law firms employ approximately 34,000 solicitors and are geographically spread throughout England and Wales.

The role of senior relationship manager is to:

  • operate at a senior level within the Law Society
  • build and sustain relationships with our members in order to promote their interests
  • identify the firms' key priorities, issues and needs
  • act as a personal communication channel to this important membership segment
  • work collaboratively in order to promote and co-ordinate a consistent, focused, Law Society service
  • forge strategic alliances with external stakeholders in order to promote members' businesses
  • increase members' awareness of Law Society services and products
  • promote and deliver Law Society initiatives to members across England and Wales
  • work closely with the Law Society's regional representatives throughout England and Wales to further the above aims.

Senior relationship manager - Jemma Ralph

Jemma previously worked with a magic circle firm before managing the British Peruvian Chamber of Commerce. She is keen to use her knowledge and skills to benefit not only fee-earners, but all employees of the Top 100 firms. She says:

'The Law Society clearly recognises the important contribution made to the Law Society, profession and the economy by the Top 100 firms. We understand the firms' priorities and are ready to support them in promoting and enhancing their businesses.'
