Applying for CQS

How do I apply?

In order to complete the application process for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, please follow the steps below:

• 1. Read the appropriate set of application form guidance notes:

  Guidance notes (PDF)
  Guidance notes - recently formed practices (PDF)

• 2. Download and complete all sections of the application form (Word) in the format requested
• 3. Check the CQS fee schedule (PDF) for fee information
• 4. Print, sign, and post the application form, additional information required and the correct fee to the address below.
