Reaccreditation

To renew your CQS membership you must complete the reaccreditation process. Reaccreditation is a way of assuring consumers and key stakeholders that members of the CQS always meet the requirements for membership.

Membership to the CQS is for a period of 12 months. Each member practice must submit an application to reaccredit to the scheme six weeks before its accreditation is due to expire in order for the CQS office to consider your application and make a decision before your membership expires.

In order to complete the reaccreditation process for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, please follow the steps below:

  1. Read the reaccreditation information sheet (PDF) and guidance notes (PDF)
  2. Download and complete all sections of the the application form (Word) in the format requested
  3. Check the CQS fee schedule (PDF) for fee information
  4. Print, sign and post the application form, additional information required and the correct fee to the address below.

Once reaccredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, relevant persons will need to complete mandatory training (PDF).
