The three costs booklets produced by the Practice Advice Service - payment by results, non-contentious costs and contentious costs- have been removed in light of the far-reaching costs changes which will be implemented from 1 April 2013 pursuant to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.
