I am a trainee solicitor in the Criminal Department and am looking for up-to-date information on sentencing guidelines. Where can I find this?

Answer

The Sentencing Council has identified and collated all existing sentencing guidelines and guidance cases into one compendium which is available online at www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk.
