The Law Society's Compliance Reference Group service is a new service offering from the Law Society. This pilot is initially for COLPs in top 100 firms, and aims to enable firms to submit enquiries to the group which will comprise around 15 volunteers, drawn from amongst their peers.
This group provides a practical interpretation of the Code of Conduct, Authorisation Rules or any other part of the SRA Handbook, based on best available knowledge.
