Compliance risk reports

Two levels of Compliance Risk Reports are available to clients, both are outputs of the second stage of the consulting engagement.

1. Compliance Risk Status Report

Pinpoint where you are on your compliance journey. Whether you are seeking the reassurance of a second opinion you can trust or a better understanding of where your organisation finds itself on its compliance journey your Status Report provides a snapshot of risk status across 12 priority risk and compliance areas.

As well as an organisation-wide understanding of compliance risk, simple traffic light indicators against each area help the COLP and COFA identify where attention may be required. This snap shot report will cover risk status only and will not include recommended actions.

The status report provides:

  • A summary of your organisation's overall compliance risk status.
  • A snapshot of compliance risk status across twelve 'priority' risk and compliance areas with 'traffic light' status indicators and explanatory comment against each.

Status reports are included as standard with your one day, on-site assessment.

2. Full Compliance Risk Report

Illuminates risk, tells you what you need to be doing and provides a detailed plan of priorities with recommendations on how to get there.

This comprehensive report provides the detailed findings from the one day assessment and an action plan of recommended actions and priorities, including:

  • Your organisation's action plan and roadmap to compliance.
  • The detail behind the Status Report.
  • Recommendations and areas requiring urgent attention.
  • Compliance risk intelligence covering organisational structure, culture, people management, client care and technology matters for a more complete picture.

Full reports are optional extras to the one day on-site evaluation and cost £800 (+ VAT and expenses).
