Our consulting approach has been informed by experience; since 2010 we have completed hundreds of compliance 'health-checks‘ for members of our risk and compliance service and have amassed considerable expertise in this area. This experience has enabled us to develop a robust approach which ensures consistency, quality and allows the initial assessment stage to be expedited.
The three-step approach also provides flexibility and choice but crucially provides the foundation of insight and understanding we need to quickly identify the critical success factors that will help drive future levels of performance, integrity and assurance within your organisation.
Three steps to certainty
First, we conduct an initial telephone assessment of your organisation's risk and compliance status. After just 30 minutes our specialist will be able to provide an initial overview of your vulnerabilities, helping you assess how your firm measures up against the OFR requirements.
Telephone assessment £50 + VAT (refundable when you book an on-site evaluation)
Second, we visit your organisation and carry out a comprehensive, one-day on-site risk evaluation. The visit enables our experts to pinpoint your specific needs. After this visit you will receive a bespoke Compliance Risk Status Report detailing your performance against 12 priority compliance areas.
One-day evaluation and Status Report £800 + VAT and expenses
We can then provide you with a Full Compliance Risk Report which details the recommendations and priority actions your organisation will need to take to achieve compliance. This comprehensive report combines organisational, people, process and technology issues to provide a complete picture of compliance within your organisation. Furthermore it will articulate the direction your organisation should take by identifying priority areas and making recommendations .
Full Compliance Risk Reports are available on request at an additional £800 + VAT and expenses
Third, we help you implement the recommendations identified in the full evaluation. We will work with you to ensure you have the right processes in place to maintain and manage compliance across your business.Costs are subject to your support needs.
