The Law Society and Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) have produced this video for those members who may not be able to attend one of the outreach events organised in England and Wales throughout the year.
Current vice president of the Law Society Lucy Scott Moncrieff, JAC selection exercise manager Carol Morgan and District Judge Middleton-Roy have come together to speak to members of the Law Society about the range of judicial appointments available, the selection process and how to give yourself the best chance of making a successful application.
This video is designed to give members a valuable insight into the work of the JAC, how the judicial selection process works and dispel some of the myths surrounding the application process.
