In March, the Law Society sponsored the launch of new initiative which aims to create networking opportunities for black and minority ethnic (BME) individuals in the legal sector. NOTICED is an inter–firm initiative that will promote diversity and multiculturalism in the legal sector and provide opportunities for BME individuals to interact on a social and professional level.
