Fiona Woolf CBE talks to us about the past and present challenges of women lawyers today. Her previous involvement with AWS and the Law Society gives her an opportunity to reflect on what has changed and what still needs to be done in addressing the gender balance issue.

Partner at CMS Cameron McKenna since 1981, Fiona has built an innovative energy and major projects practice that spans law, engineering and economics.
Fiona is an Alderman in the City of London (for the Ward of Candlewick) and was Sheriff in 2010/11. She studied Law at Keele University and Comparative Law at the University of Strasbourg.
