The Dispute Resolution Section is one of the four Law Society Sections – representative membership associations. Established in 2006 the Dispute Resolution Section focuses on all areas of dispute resolution including arbitration, litigation and mediation. Products and services include:

• a quarterly magazine (PDF, 918kb) with up to 8 hours free CPD per year
• e-newsletter (PDF, 54kb) 10 times a year with case law updates
• flagship annual conference with CPD accreditation
• various regional seminars
• networking opportunities
• discounts on a range of events, texts and training packages, including 20 per cent off related Law Society Publishing titles, and 50 per cent off Law Management Section membership rates upon request
