Current campaigns
Graham Turnbull Memorial Fund and essay competition
The Society runs this registered charity in honour of Graham Turnbull, an English solicitor who did much to promote respect for human rights. Every year it funds the first prize in an essay competition, which aims to encourage awareness and knowledge of international human rights issues among young lawyers. There is a £500 prize for the best human rights essay and £250
for the runner up.
