Practising certificate and regulatory fees - spread payment facility
Spread the cost of your practising certificate and regulatory fees over ten equal monthly instalments.
The payment facility, which is endorsed by the Law Society, is provided by Syscap and is available to all firms that are required to make payment to the SRA for all regulatory fees that are due.
The process is simple - no accounting information is ordinarily required and no individual credit searches required. Upon acceptance, and subject to receipt of the correct documentation and clearance of your first monthly instalment, payment will be made directly to the SRA on your behalf.
If you wish to use this facility you should select the 'Bill Me' payment option when concluding your SRA submission, ensuring that you make a note of the amount to be paid and the invoice number when they appear on the screen. Once you have your invoice number and the amount due, you can obtain a quotation and make an application online by following the link below.
Once your application has been made, the SRA are notified by Syscap that you have chosen to use the Spread Payment Facility and upon acceptance, and subject to receipt of the correct documentation and clearance of your first monthly instalment, payment will be made directly to the SRA on your behalf.
Please note: application for the facility does not guarantee acceptance and, in the unlikely event that you are not accepted, you will need to ensure full payment is sent to the SRA by the published deadline.
