The Legal
Ombudsman has announced that its PO Box address has changed.
This is due to its former scanning partner being taken over by a
new firm and moving operations to a new site. All correspondence
must now be sent to this address:

Although letters will be sent on from its previous PO Box for a
period of six months, please make the necessary changes to your
client care letters as soon as possible. The telephone number and
email address remains the same.
The Legal Ombudsman produces a free 'Here to help' leaflet,
which can help you to signpost clients to its scheme. To make an
order, please email publications@legalombudsman.org.uk.
Although the move was beyond its control, the Legal Ombudsman
apologises for the inconvenience caused. It has been assured that
no further changes are anticipated.
