Under the Data Protection Act, you need to have expressly opted in to receive communications from us related to your ethnicity (which would include voting papers in Council elections), even though you may have recorded your ethnicity with the Society.
If you have not opted in, you will not receive a ballot paper for the ethnic minorities constituency in this year's Council elections.
