Have your say - Landlord/Management company restrictions

15 January 2018

HM Land Registry would like to know your views on Landlord/Management Company restrictions used to enforce covenants in leases.

In support of government policy to make conveyancing simpler, faster and cheaper, HM Land Registry is reviewing its policy on Landlord/Management company restrictions in relation to leaseholds. In October 2017, HM Land Registry held an event to explore whether stakeholders consider management company restrictions necessary or desirable.

In collaboration with HM Land Registry, we are inviting you to take part in a survey for HM Land Registry regarding Landlord/Management Company restrictions. HM Land Registry would like to understand the concerns you may have, and your feedback will help inform their policy on this issue. HM Land Registry have agreed to share the results of the survey with us.

We would be grateful if you could take ten minutes to complete their survey which runs online from 12 January to 6 February.

Your responses will be anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself in your comments.
