Next month the Law Society will be flying the flag for English legal services at the International Bar Association (IBA) annual conference in Boston.

Held from 6-11 October, over 4,500 lawyers from around the world are expected to attend a packed schedule of over 180 sessions and networking events. The Law Society president and chief executive will speak about issues such as non-lawyer law firm ownership and globalisation of the legal services market.

It's also a chance to engage with other leading lawyers and learn about international business development opportunities.

The Law Society is hosting an exciting range of free and CPD-accredited events:

Breakfast seminar: Rate my - do public ratings make sense?

A panel of in-house lawyers, private practitioners and bar leaders will discuss the implications of clients using social media, comparison websites and bar directories to rate lawyers. This event is free and CPD accredited.
