This month the Society launched a range of 17 forms designed to
help firms create and implement effective procedures for client
care, risk management and people management.
The forms have been taken from the Law Society's series of
Lexcel Toolkits, which were published earlier this year. They
are available to buy from leading information providers and
stationers
IRIS Laserform, LexisNexis
(LexisSmart Forms) and Oyez Forms.
Both the toolkits and forms have been developed to help firms
comply with the Lexcel standard but are equally applicable to any
firm wishing to improve its practice management procedures
generally.
