Lenders have told us that a high number of firms have responded to their data collection arrangements. However, firms need to be aware that, if they do not respond, they will be taken off lenders' panels.
The Society is well aware of the difficulties caused to firms by lenders' different requirements. As part of our dialogue with lenders we continue to point out the benefits to both them and solicitors of using Conveyancing Quality Scheme data in the collection exercise.
