LGFS consultation survey - we need your feedback

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is consulting until 24 March on proposals which include reducing the cut-off for pages of prosecution evidence under the Litigators Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS) from 10,000 to 6000 (cases with 6000+ PPE will need to be claimed under special preparation).

In order to be able to respond as robustly as possible to these proposals, we would be grateful if crown court litigators would respond to this short survey – please note you may need your last years crown court claims data to hand.
