Starter Kit
The Law Society's Starter Kit is ideal for presenting HIPs prepared in-house.
You can order the latest TransAction forms individually or as a full set with a sturdy, high quality binder to present them in. The kit includes guidance on compiling a HIP that meets the Law Society's requirements. Binders are available to purchase in packs of 10. Please note that only the Law Society's TransAction forms can be used with this kit.

*ICM Research interviewed a random sample of 1,001 adults aged 18+ by telephone in May 2006. Interviews were conducted across the country and the results have been weighted to the profile of all adults. Solicitors were identified as the most trusted agency to prepare (57%) and interpret (70%) HIPs compared to any other agency. 77% of respondents indicated that they would be more likely to buy a HIP which was endorsed by the Law Society.
