CON 29 and CON 29O enquiry forms: consultation response and specimen forms

Last updated: 14 July 2014

The Law Society consulted on proposed amendments to the CON 29 and CON 29O enquiry forms from 26 June to 1 August 2013.

The aim of the consultation was to inform the production of updated CON 29 and CON 29O enquiries. Some of the proposed changes resulted from new issues, such as assets of community value and the community infrastructure levy. Other proposed amendments aimed to take account of recent legislative changes such as the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013.

We are grateful to everyone who responded to the consultation. The feedback helped us to realise that some enquiries needed further changes than we proposed, and that some enquiries that we had not specifically consulted on also needed to be amended. The constructive and detailed feedback received has been instrumental in determining the final content of the revised CON 29 and CON 29O forms.

The results of the consultation and the reasons for the changes to the forms are set out in the consultation response paper.
