The Practice Advice Service: A service for solicitors by solicitors.

The Practice Advice Service is a dedicated support line for solicitors, trainees and employees of law firms. It is staffed by a team of experienced solicitors who deal with enquiries using their own knowledge and a variety of information sources as well as the experience of other specialists within the Law Society. We are able to assist with enquiries on legal practice in many areas including the following:

• anti-money laundering
• solicitors' costs
• multi-party actions
• conveyancing
• conditional fee agreements
• probate
• rights of audience in the Crown Court
