Solicitors can call for immediate advice and support on all aspects of legal practice, including:
- Advice on outcomes-focused regulation (OFR), based on Law Society practice notes
- Anti-money laundering regulations
- Costs and conditional fees eg conditional fee agreements, contingency fees, assessment etc
- Conveyancing and probate
- Criminal law practice and employment law practice
