If a will you have prepared is disputed you may be asked to disclose information about the circumstances surrounding its preparation and execution. This practice note highlights earlier Law Society advice upheld by the Court of Appeal, and provides supplementary information on circumstances for disclosure, failure to disclose, and estate protection.
