Holiday entitlement

This practice note advises on entitlement to both statutory and contractual paid annual leave under the Working Time Regulations 1998. It also highlights how entitlement is affected by working part-time, fixed-term or on a temporary contract.

It replaces and adds to the content of our previous practice note: Accrual of holiday while on sickness absence.
