Overseas practice
The SRA Handbook and Code (SRA Code) will be in force from 6 October 2011. The SRA Code, the Accounts Rules and the Practice Framework Rules in the SRA Handbook make specific reference to overseas practice throughout.
This practice note lists all the provisions in one place for ease of reference, and notes any changes in the overseas provisions from the 2007 Code.
