The Civil Justice Section is one of the five Law Society Sections - representative membership associations. Formerly called the Dispute Resolution Section, it was established in 2006 and focuses on all areas of civil justice including arbitration, litigation and mediation. Products and services include:

• a quarterly magazine (PDF, 975kb) with up to eight hours free CPD per year
• e-newsletter 10 times a year with case law updates
• flagship annual conference with CPD accreditation
• regional seminars which are CPD accredited
