The Civil Justice Section (CJS) is one of the five Law Society Sections - representative membership associations. Formerly called the Dispute Resolution Section, it was established in 2006 and focuses on all areas of civil justice including arbitration, litigation and mediation. Products and services include:

  • flagship annual conference with CPD accreditation
  • free CPD-accredited seminars and webinars
  • networking opportunities
  • 20 per cent off related Law Society Publishing titles
  • 40 per cent off Litigation Funding magazine
  • 20 per cent off membership to the Advocacy Section due to be launched in 2012 and
  • 20 per cent off Law Management Section membership for another member of the firm.
