Bilateral Law Associations bring together lawyers with an interest in a particular country or geographical area. They are subscription-based.

Though these groups are independent, we maintain a close relationship with bilateral law associations (PDF, 33kb) through our International Unit.

The associations may offer the following:

• Increased understanding between the lawyers of the UK and the other country / region in the association, through seminars, lectures and other educational opportunities.
• Social and cultural events. Check our Events page.
• Collaborative development projects.
