English or Welsh solicitors may practise in Scotland as solicitors of England and Wales. You will be subject to the Solicitors' Code of Conduct overseas practice rule. You will also be subject to the requirements of Scots law. For instance, you will not be entitled to do work reserved to Scottish solicitors.

Scottish solicitors are regulated by the Law Society of Scotland.
