The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill provides for reform in a number of different areas including green investment, employment, competition, directors'; remuneration and copyright. Many of the changes proposed in the bill will have a substantial impact on the work of the legal profession. This briefing provides a very brief introduction to the Law Society's position in relation to the bill and covers only those areas where the Society has pressing concerns.
