Call for evidence on the annual limit on Tier 2

This is the Law Society's response to the Migration Advisory Committee's call for evidence on the 2012/13 quota for Tier 2 business immigration visas; the salary threshold for intra-company transfers; and the salary threshold for jobs which are exempt from the resident labour market-test.
