Call for evidence on the effectiveness of TUPE

The Law Society has responded to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills calls for evidence on the effectiveness of the TUPE Regulations 2006. The response was prepared by the Society's Employment Law Committee which is made up of senior and specialist employment lawyers from across England and Wales.
