CMEC constulation - Supporting Separating Families; Securing Children's Futures: Law Society response

The Law Society has responded to the Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission (CMEC), Supporting Separating Families; Securing Children's Futures. The consultation sought views on the proposed Gateway, family-based agreements, the 'self-declared' approach to domestic violence victims, charging for accessing the statutory scheme, and the transfer of old CSA cases to the new CMEC system.
