The 2009 survey of lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) solicitors was conducted by the Interlaw Diversity Forum for LGBT Networks and the Law Society.
This report presents the findings of that online survey, the aim of which was to gather information about the career experiences of solicitors in order to inform the Law Society's equality and diversity work.
In addition, the research will be used to help firms improve their recruitment, retention and career development of LGB solicitors.
