How to make a nomination
- Before you make your entry, review our guidance notes and ensure that you read the relevant category criteria and the entry rules and procedures.
- Prepare your submission in the correct format i.e. within the word limit and by uploading no more supporting evidence than requested.
- Collate the necessary details to make your entry. If you are nominating anyone other than yourself you will also need to collate contact details of your nominated individual, team or firm.
- Return to this website and select the 'make a nomination' link which will take you to the online system.
Submitting your nomination
Nominations are made via our online entry system. It is a straightforward process which allows you to add details, giving you the option to then save and return at a later time to complete. Click here to make a nomination.
The deadline for entries is Friday 3 June.
Remember, you can nominate yourself, your team or others.
If you are unable to use the online entry system, we can accept a completed Entry Form (Microsoft Word). You must email your full submission i.e. completed form and evidence attachments to email@example.com. Please note the deadline for submissions using the editable word form is Friday 3 June.
Please complete each section of the form on your computer, typing your answers into the spaces provided. Save the completed form and attach it to your email. Please don’t print and scan the document – unfortunately we cannot accept scanned entries.
We strongly advise you to use the online entry system to save time and additional administration. This is the quickest and easiest way to send your submission.
