Is there any information about calculating apportionment of rent in leasehold properties?

Does the Law Society produce any information to assist solicitors when calculating apportionment of rent in leasehold properties?

Yes. The Conveyancing and Land Law Committee has prepared an Apportionment of Rent Formula', and this is included in the Law Society’s Conveyancing Handbook (23nd edition) which is available from the Law Society’s online bookshop.
