Mains
- Traditional roast copas bronze turkey breast and leg, cranberry and sage sausage rolls and caramelised Brussels sprouts
- Guinea fowl, chestnut and tarragon stuffed dodine, baby vegetables, truffle pomme puree and light chicken reduction
- Braised Gloucester old spot pork, slow cooked belly, cheek dumplings, piccalilli and apples
- Braised beef short rib, braised cabbage, pickled turnips and red wine jus
