Catering and hospitality

Our fabulous canapé menus start from £16.75 exclusive of VAT for six items
providing flexibility for all budgets. Minimum numbers of 15 apply.

  • Six canapés per person £16.75 exclusive of VAT
  • Eight canapés per person £20.75 exclusive of VAT
  • Ten canapés per person £24.75 exclusive of VAT
    (minimum of 15 guests)
  • Pre-dinner canapés (3 items) £9.00 exclusive of VAT


We recommend the following quantities depending on the length of time food is required:

  • one to two hour reception 6 – 10 canapés
  • two to three hour reception 10 – 12 canapés

  • lime and coriander marinated salmon gravadlax
  • London smoked salmon on buckwheat blinis with avruga caviar
  • chicken and tarragon filo tartlet with crème fraîche
  • smoked ham hock ballotine with saffron pickled cauliflower
  • cherry tomato stuffed with goats' cheese and black olive purée
  • watermelon gazpacho soup with feta cheese
  • auberguine caviar with ricotta cheese crostini

 

Hot

  • smoked haddock beignets with curry mayonnaise

Dessert

Priced at £3.20 exclusive of VAT each (minimum of 15 guests)
