Sophie Gould – Head of Learning & Development, F-LEX

Sophie Gould trained as a lawyer in the City and worked as an in-house lawyer for 10 years including as Head of Legal for Virgin Radio and Ginger Media Group. Sophie is now Head of Learning & Development at F-LEX Legal - an award winning legal tech start-up helping law firms and organisations manage a flexible work force and supporting lawyers to make smarter life/work choices.

She also runs various L&D/networking forums for in-house lawyers, mentors junior lawyers and writes e-learning courses for soon to be launched Law Society e-learning offering for junior in-house lawyers. Sophie also works with schools and organisations to promote social mobility within the legal profession working with Aspiring Solicitors and The Social Mobility Business Partnership. Outside of work she is happily married with three sons and lives in Brighton.

Tess Beaumont – Partner, Virtual Law

She has 20 years of commercial law experience working in private practice and in-house with start-ups and individuals through to large multinational organisations across a variety of industries.

Chris Fox – Chief Legal Officer, Kambi Group plc

Chris is responsible for the legal, regulatory and compliance functions. His team is comprised of fourteen lawyers and legal professionals and provides strategic support to all areas of the business. Since joining Kambi, Chris has also led on a number of change management programmes to streamline legal processes, resulting in improved efficiency, cost savings and reduced risk. Chris previously worked as a strategy consultant and lawyer at Accenture plc, Eversheds LLP and Vodafone Group plc.
