Nicholas Fluck
Council member for Lincolnshire
Nicholas Fluck is one of two partners at Stapleton & Son, a traditional general practice and high street firm in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Nick was elected to the Commercial Property seat of the Law Society Council in 2005, but since July 2012 he has represented the constituency of Lincolnshire.
Nick has a particular interest in communications and data technology and is past chair of the Technology and Law Reference Group, a role he relinquished upon being elected deputy vice president of the Law Society in 2011.
Nick was president of the Law Society from 2013 to 2014.
