Placida Uzoamaka Ojinnaka is a non-practising solicitor who trained with Lambeth Council from 2011 to 2013. She sits as a member of the Lawyers with Disabilities committee and campaigns on a variety of issues impacting on disability in the provision.

Her areas of interest are access to justice, discrimination law, employment, family (domestic abuse), mental health and care law.

Placida is also a qualified social worker, specialising in adult mental health and dementia. She is a trained workplace mediator, and has been listed in the Shaw's Trust Disability Power 100 list 2018. 

She is currently on a break from practice for disability-related reasons.
