Singapore convention on mediation – Law Society response

We've responded to a consultation by the Ministry of Justice on whether the UK should become a party to the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (Singapore Convention).

This will impact how cross-border commercial mediation agreements are enforced in the UK.
