Roundtables are a key part of the qualitative research we’re doing on Women in Leadership in Law. So it’s important everyone who runs a roundtable follows a consistent structure, as laid out in our guide.
Our guide tells you:
- what to do before, during and after the roundtable
- how to structure the two-hour session
- which topics to discuss
We encourage everyone who takes part to commit to implementing at least one tangible action within six months of the roundtable.
