Reporting infringements

Our members are generally concerned when non-solicitors appear to be using Law Society material without permission, misuse the Law Society brand, or misuse the 'Solicitor' brand.

You can report all three types of infringement by emailing us in confidence at infringements@lawsociety.org.uk. We would be pleased to hear from you.

Permission requests

Our Notice of intellectual property rights sets out how we generally permit material on this website to be used.

You can request specific permission to use our material for commercial purposes not covered by the Notice by emailing us at publications@lawsociety.org.uk. If you wish to make use of material on the website for non-commercial purposes other than those set out in the Notice please address your request to web.publishing@lawsociety.org.uk.
