Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion
Slaughter and May
At Slaughter and May, diversity and inclusion is an integral part of their firm and runs through everything they do. They foster an open minded and inclusive workplace and have focused on enhancing BME inclusion with high impact results by focusing on their talent pipeline.
CMS’ commitment to diversity is shaped around our motto of ‘your world first’, essentially meeting the needs of each of their individual employees and clients so that they can succeed as a firm as well as have a positive impact in the local communities in which they operate.
Gordons LLP was keen to promote diversity and inclusion within the legal industry. As a result, the firm launched its pioneering apprenticeship programme in 2011, which recently celebrated its first graduate, 23-year-old Bryony Russell. The programme provides an alternative way into law for talented youngsters no matter what their background.
